The K2S programme provides my managers with a really well structured approach to develop their skills and achieve both personal and business objectives. The principles are easy to follow and focused on key points that make a difference. Business objectives are set all the time and project plans are created to achieve them. However, we all know that things don’t go to plan! The K2S approach doesn’t just help our people to achieve objectives…more importantly, it gives individuals and teams the ability to be agile when things aren’t going to plan and to take personal responsibility to change tactics when required.

Using K2S within the team is really helping to create a common approach and language for how we focus on tracking and delivering our projects and key objectives.

I found the K2S approach both intuitive and easily transferable to any goal/objective setting exercise. Having the ability to focus on the core areas of what is hampering goals success is incredibly valuable and has had a significant measurable impact on successful deliverables and timelines.
